How we work together

Every company wins its own clients. Each one is a funnel into the others, and every handoff is named and logged.

Two pairs of hands passing a finished handmade ceramic bowl across a worktable, with a block of clay, a paintbrush and a rolled plan.
Three rules

The same for all seven.

01

Every company wins its own clients.

Each of the seven takes work directly. No company waits for another’s permission to start.

02

Each company is a funnel into the others.

A client who comes to one of us can reach all of us. The work passes across to the company that fits it.

03

Handoffs are named and logged.

The work passes across with the name of the company that sent it, and the handoff is written down.

Handoffs

When a client needs more than one of us.

These are three handoffs we run.

A Creativa client who needs a space fitted

CreativaConstra

A Constra client who needs dinnerware

ConstraCotta

A Cultiva audit that needs content

CultivaCreativa

Every handoff names the company that sent the work.

Craft and sales

From clay to cup.

Four companies, one line: each takes what the one before it makes.

Clay Cube

Raw earth

Supplies prepared clay to Cotta and studio clay to Ceramic.

Cotta Cube

Prepared earth

Supplies ready-to-paint pieces to Ceramic and finished product to Mud Cup.

Ceramic Cubeسيراميك كيوب

Ceramic Cube

Fired earth

The hub: workshops, community and sales, with support for every other company.

Mud Cup Cafe

Finished art

Sells what Cotta and Ceramic make, and keeps Ceramic’s visitors coming back.

Who approves the work

Approval follows the work.

The company that briefed a piece of work approves it. Nobody approves work they did not commission.

Client work passes two gates: the company that made it, then the client.
